Walford Anglican School Calendar 2024 for Girls has a rich history dating back to 1893 when it first opened its doors on Fisher Street in Malvern. Lydia Adamson, the pioneering headmistress, laid the foundation for what has become a leading independent school in Hyde Park, South Australia.
Walford welcomes around 550 students, from Early Learning Centre to Year 12, providing both day and boarding options. Unlike some schools, Walford doesn’t select students based on tests; it’s open to all.
Walford has always been at the forefront of education. It was the first all-girls school in Australia to offer all three International Baccalaureate programs, providing students with a globally recognized education.
